Our Services

Specialist care, tailored to the person.

From a few visits a week to 24-hour live-in care — every package is designed around the individual. Explore our 13 specialist services below.

Service 01

Personal Care

Discreet, dignified help with bathing, dressing, grooming and continence.

Our carers provide sensitive personal care that respects your routine and preferences — washing, dressing, oral and skin care, continence management — delivered with patience and quiet professionalism. Every visit follows a personalised care plan co-produced with you and (with consent) your family.

  • Bathing, showering & skin care
  • Dressing, grooming and oral care
  • Continence support with dignity
  • Mobility and transfers

Service 02

Medication Support

Safe prompting, administration and monitoring of medications.

From simple reminders to full administration, our trained team follows clear care plans, supports MAR charts and coordinates closely with GPs, district nurses and pharmacists — keeping medication safe, accurate and on time.

  • MAR-chart-supported administration
  • Prompting and supervision
  • Liaison with GP & pharmacy
  • Stock checks and reordering

Service 03

Companionship & Wellbeing

Conversation, shared hobbies and emotional support that ease isolation.

A friendly visit, a walk in the park, help with crosswords or a cup of tea together — companionship that keeps people connected and feeling themselves. Loneliness is a serious health risk for older adults; our companionship visits gently rebuild routine, confidence and joy.

  • Conversation and shared activities
  • Light meals and tea together
  • Hobbies and interests
  • Reduced social isolation

Service 04

Community Access Support

Confident support to attend appointments, groups and outings.

We help people stay active in their community — shopping, GP visits, libraries, day centres, faith services and family events. Our carers provide reassuring, practical support so a life outside the front door remains possible and enjoyable.

  • GP, hospital & dental visits
  • Shopping and errands
  • Day centres & social clubs
  • Family events and outings

Service 05

Mental Health Support

Recovery-focused, trauma-informed support at home.

Compassionate support for people living with anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia or PTSD — focused on routine, coping skills and meaningful daily life. We work alongside community mental health teams, CPNs and crisis services where appropriate.

  • Recovery-focused planning
  • Trauma-informed approach
  • Liaison with CMHT and CPNs
  • Crisis and relapse support

Service 06

Dementia Support

Familiar faces, gentle routines and specialist dementia care.

Consistent carers who understand cognitive decline — using reminiscence, life-story work and reassurance to support people living with dementia and their families. We focus on what someone can do, protect identity and reduce the distress that change can bring.

  • Life-story and reminiscence work
  • Reduced agitation and distress
  • Carer consistency
  • Family education and support

Service 07

Respite Care

Trusted cover so family carers can rest and recharge.

Planned or short-notice respite — hours, overnights or longer breaks — so unpaid carers know their loved one is in safe hands. Looking after a relative is rewarding but exhausting; respite is essential, not optional.

  • Planned regular respite
  • Short-notice cover
  • Overnights and weekends
  • Emergency family support

Service 08

Overnight Support

Waking or sleeping nights — calm, attentive overnight care.

Overnight visits for clients who need reassurance, medication, repositioning or assistance through the night, helping you sleep easier knowing they're safe. Both waking-night and sleeping-night packages available.

  • Waking and sleeping nights
  • Repositioning and pressure care
  • Continence and medication
  • Reassurance during disturbed nights

Service 09

Live-in Care

A dedicated carer in your home, day and night — a true alternative to residential care.

Live-in care provides round-the-clock, one-to-one support from a carefully matched carer who lives in your home. It's a practical alternative to a care home — letting you remain in the place you love, keep your routines, your pets and the people around you, while having the security of 24-hour support. We build flexible packages around the person, from short-term cover to long-term arrangements, and provide families with reassurance through regular updates, reviews and a named coordinator.

  • 24-hour, one-to-one support
  • Remain in your own home
  • Maintain independence and routines
  • Reassurance for the whole family
  • Flexible — short-term or long-term packages
  • Carefully matched, consistent carer

Service 10

Hospital Discharge Support

Fast, coordinated support to get home safely.

Rapid response packages from hospital wards — including same-day starts where possible — to support a safe discharge and recovery at home. We work directly with discharge coordinators, OTs and community teams to remove delay.

  • Same-day starts where possible
  • Coordinated with discharge team
  • Recovery and rehab support
  • Reduces readmission risk

Service 11

Learning Disability Support

Help to live the life you choose, your way.

Person-centred support that builds independence — daily living skills, employment, social opportunities and advocacy. We work with the person, families and SDS brokers to create support that flexes around real life and real ambitions.

  • Daily living skills
  • Employment and education support
  • Social and community access
  • Advocacy and rights

Service 12

Autism Support

Predictable, sensory-aware support that respects difference.

We work with autistic adults to provide low-arousal, predictable support that honours communication preferences, routines and sensory needs. Our team is trained in autism-informed practice and adapts pace and environment to the person.

  • Low-arousal, predictable visits
  • Sensory-aware environments
  • Honours communication style
  • Consistent staff team

Service 13

Complex Care Support

Individually assessed support for people with more complex needs.

We recognise that some individuals require more specialised support due to complex health, physical or long-term care needs. We will work closely with the individual, family members, healthcare professionals and relevant agencies to assess requirements and determine how support can be safely provided. Support arrangements are developed on an individual basis and are subject to assessment, staffing competencies, training requirements and service capacity.

  • Individual assessment of needs
  • Collaboration with families and professionals
  • Subject to staffing competencies and training
  • Developed on a case-by-case basis
